  • Why should I use Paytm?

    Paytm allows you to streamline your invoices so you can automate and schedule payments to multiple vendors in one-easy-to-use platform. You’ll never have to worry about missing a payment again and you will cut your accounts payable time down substantially. You can use your credit card to make payments, even when a vendor doesn’t accept credit cards. Pay how you want to pay, and let your vendors receive payments in their preferred method.

    This flexibility will allow you to defer payments and ease cash flow by holding onto cash longer. With less time dealing with paperwork and more options on how to pay vendors, you’ll be able to do more of what you love; growing your business!

  • Is Paytm secure?

    Yes, Paytm is PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment throughout the transaction process. The current PCI DSS documents can be found on the PCI Security Standards Council website.

  • How do I get started?

    Get started by signing up. You’ll start by answering a few short questions to verify your business. Once you are verified, you’ll be ready to start paying your invoices. Yay!

    Begin by connecting all of your invoices to the dashboard. You can do this a few different ways; we recommend sending all of your invoices to your new Paytm accounts payable email. You can also manually add invoice details by uploading, taking a picture, or entering in details. Next add the vendors you’d like to pay. Then automate payments and schedule payment dates. You can manage the entire process from the main dashboard.

  • How much does Paytm cost?

    Paytm charges a monthly subscription of $15. There are no fees to send payments via standard ACH bank transfer (~3-5 business days), to send a same day ACH bank transfer (~1-2 business days) it costs $9.99. To pay with a credit card, there is a processing fee of 2.9%.

  • Isn’t there a Paytm company in India?

    Yes, we’re part of that same company. We’re the North American branch of Paytm, one of the largest and most innovative financial tech companies in the world. Globally, over 20 million businesses and 350 million customers use our payment services.

  • How many invoices can I add and pay through my dashboard?

    The limit does not exist. Literally. Pay all your company’s invoices from one spot. Whether you have 5 bills or 1,000 invoices, we can help.

  • What does it mean to pay with credit even when credit isn’t accepted?

    Paytm allows you to pay vendors with a credit card even when they don’t accept credit cards. You can pay via credit card and we’ll deliver your payment to the vendor as a bank transfer. This allows you to choose how you want to pay —and let your vendors receive payments in their preferred method.

    What are the benefits to being able to do this you might ask? This feature allows you to use your credit card to defer payments on expenses, keep cash longer, and ease cash flow constraints. For many small and medium-sized businesses, cash flow constraints are a big challenge. Having this flexibility gives you the ability to reduce this stress.

  • What types of credit cards can I use to pay vendors?

    Currently, we accept corporate cards from Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We are in the process of finalizing agreements to accept American Express corporate cards. Additionally, we will soon be accepting personal credit cards.

  • Is there an invoice limit when paying through Paytm?

    Currently, the maximum invoice payment that can be made in one transaction is $10,000. If you need to make a payment above this amount, please contact customer support at
